I specialize in helping stressed worriers find inner peace, clarity, and confidence. With increased self-awareness and greater understanding of thoughts, emotions, and body sensations, setting boundaries and communicating effectively get easier.  

If you've been wanting more from life but feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or self-criticism, I'm here to help you navigate the challenges you want to face.

With nearly 20 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist, I use a compassionate and practical approach grounded in evidence-based research to provide gentle and direct strategies to improve overall well-being. I've had extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness practices. 

Together, we’ll explore what's within your control, nurture a more compassionate relationship with yourself, and take intentional steps toward what truly matters to you. 

Getting Started

  1. Scheduling: Currently, I have weekday daytime appointments with teletherapy and in-person options. 
  2. Consultation Call: Once we’ve confirmed that our schedules align, we'll start with a free consultation to discuss your goals, answer your questions, and determine if we’re a good fit.
