With nearly 20 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist, I specialize in helping adults manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, and improve their communication and relationships.

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when facing significant changes or decisions that challenge your sense of self and direction. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and meaningful life.

I specialize in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness practices. Together, we’ll explore what you can control, nurture a more compassionate relationship with yourself, and take intentional steps toward what truly matters to you.

Well-being involves understanding how you feel and taking purposeful action, which can be challenging when life is overwhelming. Addressing both will create a strong foundation for long-term growth and meaningful change. Simple lifestyle choices, like prioritizing rest, practicing mindfulness, or setting boundaries, can significantly influence emotional health. With greater self-awareness and small, intentional steps, better outcomes become achievable.

Getting Started

  1. Scheduling: I currently have daytime weekday availability, so we’ll begin by finding a time that works for both of us.
  2. Consultation Call: Once we’ve set a time, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your goals, answer any questions, and determine if we’re a good fit.

As the saying goes, “Go slow to move fast,”—meaning sustainable change begins with small, thoughtful steps. Let’s start by building a strong foundation for the work ahead. I look forward to supporting you on this journey.

I offer teletherapy and in-person appointments to adults who want to change their lives and provide free consultations.
